ASSC Home Care Assistant (H/F) - Jura Region

Adecco Medical Bienne is recruiting! For one of our clients active in the field of home care in the canton of Jura, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous Assistant in Healthcare and Community Services (ASSC). H/F/D Responsibilities: • Realize basic and technical delegated care (taking vital signs, dressings, medication assistance, injections according to delegation, general condition surveillance, etc.). • Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities (mobility, hygiene, nutrition, comfort). • Ensure continuity and quality of care by applying current standards and guidelines. • Observe, evaluate, and transmit any relevant information on patient health status. • Participate in planning care with the interdisciplinary team. • Support autonomy of beneficiaries considering their environment and specific needs. • Guarantee respect for patients' dignity, security, and confidentiality. Profile: • ASSC CFC diploma mandatory. • Experience in home care is an asset (training possible for motivated profiles). • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to situations. • Sense of organization, reliability, and ease of relationship. • Good mastery of French. • Valid driving license and personal vehicle required.
