Responsible Position with Perspective to Technical Manager

For an established owner and operator of a diverse real estate portfolio, we are looking for a technically adept personality in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to start as soon as possible.

The location is in the region south of the Elbe in the extended Hamburg metropolitan area and is particularly easily accessible for applicants from the Stade, Buxtehude, Horneburg, Jork, Harsefeld, and southwestern Hamburg areas.

Tasks

• Independent support of the technical building equipment of various existing properties
• Ensuring the reliable operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Identification of potential for repair, modernization, and energy optimization
• Planning, tendering, awarding, and monitoring of technical measures
• Management and coordination of external specialist companies
• Supervision of larger modernization and conversion projects as well as on-site construction management
• Prospectively taking on further responsibility for the entire technical organization and further development of the real estate portfolio

Qualification

• Master craftsman qualification in Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning or a completed degree in Technical Building Equipment / Building Services Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in building technology, ideally in the support of existing properties
• Experience in tendering, awarding, and managing technical services
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong technical understanding as well as organizational and communication skills
• Driver's license class B and willingness to undertake occasional trips to the properties under management
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing professionally and personally
