• You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of:
• Drinking water and wastewater pipes
• Sanitary facilities (toilets, washbasins, faucets, showers, bathtubs)
• Simple heating and SHK components in residential areas
• You will carry out installation and replacement work in existing properties, e.g.:
• Renewal of fittings, sanitary objects, and small materials
• Adaptation work after renovations or damage reports
• You will assess damage and find practical, professional solutions that fit the conditions in apartments and bathrooms.
• You will work in occupied apartments and houses – cleanly, considerately, and in professional contact with tenants.
• You will document your orders concisely and comprehensibly for dispatch and the team.

• Completed training as a Mechanical Engineer SHK, Gas and Water Installer, Sanitary and Heating Installer, or a comparable qualification

• Independent and structured way of working – making on-site decisions and solving tasks in a technically sensible manner
• Enjoy working in private households and residential complexes and a professional demeanor towards residents
• Good German language skills, so that orders can be coordinated and documented cleanly
• Driver's license class B for flexible deployment in daily operations
