• To be on the road in a two-person team and jointly carry out the dismantling of old appliances and the installation and commissioning of heat pumps, and to hand over the new system to our customers with all information
• thanks to simple processes and our support, install heat pumps smoothly within a few months and secure an attractive bonus from the second installation per week
• To arrive at a prepared construction site where the foundation and electrical work have already been completed by your thermondo colleagues
• Thanks to digital support from the Berlin office and no paperwork, you can view all details of your construction project in advance and thereby fully concentrate on your expertise in craftsmanship

• You are a trained Mechanical Engineer for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology SHK, gas installer, heating engineer, water installer, central heating installer, or ventilation installer
• You have installation experience and ideally have initial experience with heat pumps
• You place great importance on quality and the satisfaction of your customers
• You enjoy working in a team. With us, you will implement your construction projects independently and responsibly together
• You possess a driver's license class B and are willing to travel
• You have good German language skills (min. B2)
