In the Commercial Real Estate Service division, customer satisfaction and excellent service are the focus of your daily work. You will be part of a team of specialists and can implement the sophisticated solutions that meet your customers' requirements. We are continuing to grow and are strengthening our own installation mechanic team in Berlin and are looking for you.

• Installation and Measurement Technology: You will install, replace, and document all measurement technology (heat meters, water meters, heat cost allocators) for our commercial real estate customers on time and correctly, thus fulfilling legal requirements.
• Commissioning: You will equip our customers' properties with radio systems and M-Bus meters and commission them professionally.
  Data management and digital processes: You will ensure that device data is recorded flawlessly and reliably transmitted via our modern installation app.
• Technical Inspections and Documentation: You will actively support your colleagues in inspecting properties, determine measurement technology conditions, and document them carefully.
• Organization and Quality Management: You will organize workflows on the construction site, coordinate collaboration with internal and external colleagues, and ensure the quality of the work performed through checks.

Technical Knowledge

• You have completed training as an Installation Mechanic SHK (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
• After your training, you have gained relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in the SHK sector.

Expertise

• You possess a valid driver's license (Class B).
• You speak fluent German (at least level B2).
• You have extensive experience in using MS Office, especially Excel. You are proficient in using IT equipment.
• A high degree of customer and service orientation characterizes your working method.
