We are looking for you for Technical Service!
Tasks
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology in residential buildings
- Modernization and renovation of bathrooms and heating systems – you bring comfort to our tenants' homes
- Independent execution of individual repairs and optional emergency service deployments – you are the on-site problem solver
- Documentation of your assignments and ordering of materials – digital, uncomplicated, and efficient
- Team collaboration: Exchange, support, and working together are our top priorities
- Shaping innovative workflows and using modern work tools
Profile
- Completed vocational training with at least two years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer or in a comparable trade
- Driver's license Class B
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Independence and structured approach
