Your future tasks: Perform and monitor repair work in the heating, ventilation, and sanitary area
Perform emergency measures
Perform minor repairs
Perform and monitor renovation work in the heating, ventilation, and sanitary area
Control and maintenance work in the heating, ventilation, and sanitary area
Data collection from water consumption and heat meter readings
Occasional canal and pipe cleaning work
This profile brings you with: Completed training as an IHK-certified mechanic / heating engineer / gas-water installer / refrigeration technician / industrial mechanic with a focus on technical systems (m/w/d)
Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the HLS area
Good knowledge of accident prevention regulations and occupational health and safety
Good knowledge of specialized terminology
General knowledge about control systems
Good written and spoken German skills (B2)
Experience in back-friendly lifting and carrying objects up to 25 kg, such as manholes or gullidecks
Class B driver's license desired
