Job description
SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH is looking for you as a Plant Mechanic / Service Technician m/w/d. Location: Wörth am Rhein. Reference Number: 2025-0692. Tasks: Ensuring the flawless technical overall condition of the technical facilities being maintained. Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technical systems (e.g.: heating / cooling / ventilation / sanitation). Conducting control rounds and walk-throughs. Proactive repair and maintenance. Accompanying measures for the prevention of defects. Regular reporting to the supervisor. Collaboration with other departments. Flexibility in terms of working hours and willingness to travel are required. The successful candidate will have a technical background, preferably in the field of building services engineering or a related field. Proficiency in German is essential.
