Position Overview
550 employees responsible for producing high-quality infant nutrition for domestic and international markets shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high demands on our team daily regarding compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you also like to be part of our team?
To strengthen our Production department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible personality as a Plant Operator.
A Day in the Life of a Plant Operator
Preparation of milk using modern production facilities
Execution of raw material assignment, spray drying, as well as mixing, preparation, and filling of products
Execution of the cleaning process (CIP cleaning) as well as general cleaning work according to existing quality specifications
Documentation of production and cleaning processes
Activities in the line laboratory
Willingness to work in a 4-shift operation
What Makes You Successful
Successfully completed EFZ (Federal Certificate of Competence) training in the food industry (Dairy Technologist, Food Technologist, Baker, or similar) or other completed EFZ training with many years of experience as a Plant Operator in the food sector
Good technical understanding of production facilities
Team-oriented and independent personality that shows initiative, reliability, and commitment
Good IT skills
Strong awareness of safety, environment, and hygiene
Very good oral and written German skills (min. level B2), English skills are an advantage
