PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (M/W/D)
In full-time employment and full-time

Tasks

Your tasks:

You will operate and equip our partially automated production lines, particularly press-, punch- and processing processes for the manufacture of components for energy-efficient cooling machines.

Your tasks include especially:

• Operating, equipping and monitoring partially automated production lines
• Sets up, reconfigures and optimizes production machines
• Manufacturing according to work instructions, technical specifications and test plans
• Quality control and documentation of settings and process parameters
• Cleaning, maintenance and simple maintenance of machines
• Supporting in assembly, maintenance and further development of production lines
• Organizing material flow, storage work and incoming goods
• Participating in setting up stable production flows and production standards
• Potentially: Integration and technical coordination of a small production team

Qualification

Your profile:

You have experience in technical production and want to not just operate machines, but actively participate in building a new production with us. What's important to us is especially a practical doer's attitude: You get things done, think ahead and keep your work area clean and organized.

You bring ideally:

• Diploma or degree in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, toolmaking, machine and equipment operation or comparable
• Experience with partially automated production lines, preferably presses, punches, tube processing or assembly lines
• PRACTICAL METALWORKING KNOWLEDGE, e.g. drilling, filing, turning or assembling
• Techical understanding and safe handling of work instructions, drawings or test plans
• Experience in assembly, maintenance or repair of production lines from an advantage
• Knowledge in pneumatics, measurement-, control- or regulation technology from an advantage
• Careful, structured and quality-conscious working style
• Readiness to also roll up sleeves for storage, incoming goods, cleaning and organization
• Interest in a long-term employment in technical production
• Good German language skills for work instructions, documentation and safety guidelines
