For our production site in Düdingen, we are looking for 3 Plant Operators for the filling production line in the Adhesives Manufacturing department (AK 3), starting September 1, 2026, or as agreed. The following exciting tasks await you:

• You are part of the company's safety culture
• You are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of the assigned plants while adhering to the production schedule
• Within the process team, you support the minimization of faulty batches, waste, etc.
• You share responsibility for achieving targets and eliminating losses with regard to the overall process
• You comply with standards, work instructions, laws, and regulations, especially occupational safety regulations
• You actively promote improvement measures within all processes

• Completed vocational training and proven experience in industrial production
• Good technical flair, manual dexterity, and an independent, self-reliant, reliable way of working
• Very good German language skills (spoken/written)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Good knowledge of common Office software programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in handling chemical raw materials is an advantage
• You remain calm and keep an overview during hectic periods
