Asset Accountant (m/w/d) Assetmanagement

We are looking for you to fill a position as „Asset Accountant (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in Munich.

Tasks

• As Asset Accountant (m/w/d), you will design and optimize processes in Asset Lifecycle Management and accompany asset-related workflows.
• You will also manage master data, record complex asset movements, and book assets under construction including later settlement.
• In addition, you will support monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and monitor asset-relevant accounts as well as open items.
• Furthermore, you will evaluate different asset classes from a balance sheet perspective and ensure correct accounting and presentation.
• You will also document bookkeeping decisions, coordinate asset inventories, and work closely with internal departments.

Qualification

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, such as Certified Public Accountant (m/w/d), with relevant professional experience.
• You also bring at least two years of experience in asset accounting, financial accounting or asset management.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of designing asset processes and handling complex asset-related matters.
• In addition, you work confidently with SAP and MS Office as well as Excel.
• You are characterized by analytical thinking, team spirit, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
