Plant and Apparatus Fitter / Welder (Specializing in Robotic Welding) (m/f/d, 100%)
Franke Industrie AG, a company within the Artemis Group, is a supplier of technically and qualitatively high-quality components for the gas turbine, aerospace industries, as well as other industrial sectors. With our core competencies in forming, welding, laser processing, CNC machining, waterjet cutting, and non-destructive testing, we focus on processing nickel and cobalt-based alloys.
For our team in production at the Aarburg site, we are looking for a
Plant and Apparatus Fitter / Welder (Specializing in Robotic Welding)
(m/f/d, 100%)
Your main tasks include:
Independent programming and optimization of welding robot systems
Setting up, operating, and continuously improving existing robot programs
Performing welding work on demanding components made of nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel, Hastelloy)
Co-designing and further developing robotic welding technology within the company
Ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and processes (e.g., Nadcap)
Robotic welding
Your secondary tasks include:
Welding on circumferential and longitudinal seam automatic welding machines and spot welding
Documenting and maintaining work papers and welding instructions
Co-responsibility for the maintenance and care of the equipment
Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace
Recording operational data
General work (grinding, straightening, bending, etc.)
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a Plant and Apparatus Fitter or comparable qualification
Expertise in robotic welding programming
Active role in process improvements and know-how in setting up robotic welding
Further training in welding is an advantage, especially welder qualifications according to EN ISO 9606-4
Independent and responsible working style
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications
Support in technological further developments in the production area
Enjoyment of challenging welding tasks
Reliable, flexible, and resilient
Willingness to work early and late shifts
Good German language skills
