Installation Leader (m/w/d)

Das Team - Processing of production orders according to instructions in a clean room. - Operation of guidance systems (MES, SAP, BO Report etc.). - Workplace and task changes as part of job rotation. - Ensuring quality according to regulations and processes. - Setting up, operating, and monitoring fully automated production facilities. We expect: - Completed vocational training EFZ or EBA in a technical field. - Very good German language skills (at least C1). - Structured, solution-oriented work approach with high level of motivation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility and willingness to learn new things. - Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements. - Familiarity with MS Office and ability to use it for documentation purposes. - Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks.
