Then this opportunity is for you! ALI SPA, Grosseto branch, selects a Social Animator for working within a seniors' residence in the Amiata area. The selected Resource will have the task of organizing and managing recreational, cultural, and social activities, promoting inclusion and well-being among seniors. Main responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate daily activities such as games, creative labs, light physical activities, readings, and group discussions. - Encourage senior participation in proposed activities, considering their preferences and abilities. - Collaborate with the medical and assistance staff to ensure an integrated approach to guests' well-being. - Create a welcoming and positive environment, promoting mutual respect and socialization. - Monitor activity progress and satisfaction, making changes when necessary. Requirements: - Previous experience as a social animator or in similar fields. - Excellent communication and relational skills. - Patience, empathy, and sensitivity towards seniors' needs. - Creativity and ability to organize engaging activities. - Diploma or degree in Education Sciences, Social Service, or related (preferable). - Availability to work on shifts and weekends. Contractual Conditions: - Fixed-term contract aimed at a permanent insertion. - Part-time working hours of 24 hours per week, 4 hours daily from Monday to Sunday, with one Sunday off per month, alternating morning and afternoon shifts. - Gross hourly wage €11.40, AGIDAE Istituzioni Socio Assistenziali CCNL, 13 months. - Place of work: Amiata area (GR).
