IL CIGNO COOP.SOC.LE s.c.a r.l The Cigno Cooperative Social that for over thirty years in Emilia Romagna and nationwide is responsible for managing socio-assistential, sanitary, and educational services search: 1 Caregiver for Senior Residence in Sogliano (FC) for 15 hours weekly. The Caregiver is responsible for designing socio-educational animation activities, implementing personalized interventions taking into account the individual in its entirety of interests, needs, strengths and weaknesses, with the aim of promoting the well-being and autonomy of the elderly, respecting their dignity and individuality. The Caregiver will work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, respecting the principles of the cooperative, and will be responsible for reporting any changes or concerns related to the residents. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy or related fields, and will have experience in the field of social services, with a focus on elderly care. The candidate will be required to have a strong sense of empathy and understanding of the needs of the elderly, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will also be required to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
