LOGISTICS TEAM ANIMATOR (M/F)

Today, Mix Buffet is recruiting a Logistics Team Animator (F/H) under the responsibility of the Expedition Manager. As part of a permanent contract and attached to the Expedition service, you will be in charge of animating teams by organizing, planning, and supervising the activity of the service. This position is based in Guer in Morbihan (56). Your main missions will be as follows: - Animate your team, evaluate needs for training and development, ensure good communication within the team, and promote a positive work environment. - Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and storage. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of activities. - Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. - Supervise and guide team members to ensure the smooth operation of logistics activities. - Identify and resolve problems that may arise during operations, and propose solutions to improve processes. - Develop and implement action plans to achieve objectives, and monitor progress regularly. - Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
