Store Network Animator (M/F)

Cybertek has 28 stores under the Cybertek and Grosbill brands, as well as five online commerce sites. Your missions

At the heart of our stores across France during your daily travel, you will play an essential role in their smooth operation, supporting teams, and developing turnover.

Monitor defined stores:

• Verify and contribute to the implementation of an organization that ensures the smooth operation of the point of sale (application and compliance with internal procedures);
• Ensure and participate in improving the point of sale's brand image (presentation, punctuality, cleanliness, customer reception, telephone reception, customer follow-up, relationships, etc.);
• Control points of sale (stocks, activities carried out within the point of sale, opening hours);
• Control and analyze the store's commercial activity (quotes, orders, invoices, turnover, results, objectives);
• Motivate, support, and assist teams and the Manager in developing the point of sale's turnover;
• Ensure team support through regular presence in each point of sale;
• Provide store replacements if necessary;
• Conduct a monthly interview with each Manager to evaluate the progress of objectives, identify any difficulties, and make necessary decisions accordingly;

Monitor interventions and coordinate with Management:

• Generate a report on each visit and control of a point of sale;
• Analyze data;
• Regularly update Management during occasional interviews, by phone several times a week;
• Organize a meeting every two weeks to conduct a detailed review of each point of sale and define future interventions;
• Hold a monthly meeting with Management to produce a summary of the past month and define the objectives for the next month;
• Lead a monthly meeting with the various departments of the Cybertek Group's head office connected to the stores, to identify difficulties encountered and improve communication and coordination between the different departments (After-Sales Service, Technical, Stock, Administrative, etc.);

Commercial animation:

• Animate stores and organize open days (fairs, partnerships, etc.);
• Ensure store facing and maintain the good presentation of the product offering and demonstration products; Ensure the monitoring and reporting of incentives and various commercial operations.

Your skills

You have experience in monitoring and controlling points of sale, ideally in the computer or high-tech sector. Rigorous, organized, and possessing good interpersonal skills, you are comfortable with analyzing commercial performance, stock monitoring, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

You know how to support and assist teams and store Managers in achieving their objectives, while identifying potential areas for improvement. Autonomous, responsive, and proactive, you enjoy fieldwork, travel, and exchanges with different departments.
