Animal Feed Trader

As Animal Feed Trader you will be responsible for developing and executing trading opportunities in protein meals and feed ingredients (soymeal, sunflower meal, rapeseed meal, DDGS, corn gluten feed, etc.). You will manage both supply and sales, with full responsibility for commercial margins, risk, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, crushers, ethanol plants, traders, and feed mill customers.
• Originate new flows and identify arbitrage opportunities across markets.
• Negotiate purchase and sales contracts (GAFTA/FOSFA/Incoterms).
• Manage physical execution with operations and shipping teams.
• Oversee risk management using futures/options (CBOT, Euronext).
• Track and report daily PnL, positions, and exposures.
• Support desk strategy by providing market intelligence (supply/demand, freight, FX).
