About the job You will be part of the technical team at the Orduña Residence and Day Center, providing sociocultural animation services aimed at stimulation, dynamization and socialization of users, with a focus on emotional well-being. The tasks you will perform include: • Developing and implementing activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and self-expression among users. • Designing and leading workshops, games, and other interactive experiences that foster emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized plans for each user, taking into account their needs, abilities, and goals. • Providing support and guidance to users, promoting their autonomy, self-esteem, and overall well-being. • Maintaining accurate records of activities, progress, and outcomes, as well as participating in regular meetings with the team to discuss best practices and share experiences. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations, such as seniors, people with disabilities, or those experiencing mental health issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, families, and multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor. • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
