Support in the organization of activities and events for adults, ensuring that they are carried out with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers, providing them with personalized attention and solving any problems or concerns they may have. Participate actively in the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve the entertainment offer of the hotel. Ensure compliance with the established protocols and procedures for the organization of activities and events. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel's operations. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
