Offers Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of pricing strategies: Analysis and development of price-setting strategies taking into account market, competitive, and customer analyses.
• Creation and control of offers: Responsibility for creating and controlling offers in collaboration with marketing and e-commerce.
• Data analysis and technology usage: Analysis of price and market information using modern technologies (e.g. AI-based analytical tools, CRM systems, ERP tools) to identify trends, optimization potential, and improve offer quality.
• Automation of offer processes: Use of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to automate and optimize the pricing and control process.
• Calculation and profitability testing: Conducting calculations and economic analyses to ensure the profitability of offers, including consideration of discount and special price models.
• Tight cooperation with internal stakeholders: Active collaboration with the sales, product management, marketing, and controlling departments to implement the offer strategy across departments.
• Continuous development of offer management: Ongoing review and optimization of processes in offer management as well as development of new approaches and methods.

Our requirements for you:

• Degree in industrial business administration (m/w/d) or business administration (m/w/d)
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Outstanding analytical and communicative skills
• Sporadic weekend work in a small amount required
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Personal characteristics: initiative, motivation, and quick understanding ability as well as reliability, flexibility, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Performance readiness paired with strong customer orientation
