Responsibilities:

• • Participate in weekly planning meetings;
  • Inform about service problems that have arisen;
  • Complete the scheduled program by responding to service requests attributed through the system's monitoring of activities;
  • Prioritize travel arrangements from all points of view, in collaboration with your direct supervisor and other connected departments;
  • Solve programmed and reported work, as well as any transmitted phone requests during travels;
  • Prepare documents corresponding to each intervention, service or installation contract, and introduce all these dates into the company's computerized system;
  • Repair equipment and take care of procuring spare parts from the company;
  • Study the service documentation within the department for competent problem-solving;
  • Makes proposals for equipping with appliances and spare parts necessary for the good performance of activities;
  • Solve tasks attributed through job posting, but also other tasks received from your department supervisor;
  • Participate in training courses, exhibitions, symposia, demonstrations, and various applications organized by the company;
  • Respect the quality system procedures applicable to the department and the company's policy;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry
• Advanced English language skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service for equipment
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Capacity to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
• Driving license category B.
