HIRING BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – BUCHAREST

Technical profile, with an inclination towards the electrical side

A company specializing in the maintenance of commercial spaces in Bucharest is expanding its team and is looking for Building Maintenance Technicians.

We are looking for both experienced individuals and candidates at the beginning of their careers who have technical aptitude, practical skills, and an interest in the electrical field.

Do you have experience in electrical work but haven't worked in building maintenance before? We can train you.

SALARY

4,000 – 6,000 lei NET/month, depending on experience and demonstrated technical skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The activity involves maintenance interventions in commercial spaces in Bucharest and its surroundings:

• identifying and rectifying technical malfunctions;
• usual electrical interventions;
• checking and replacing sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other components;
• minor interventions on plumbing systems;
• checks and maintenance interventions on heating and ventilation systems;
• repairs and adjustments to furniture and equipment;
• general maintenance and repair work;
• preventive maintenance and periodic checks.

We are not exclusively looking for an electrician. We are looking for a technical and practical person, willing to solve various maintenance problems, for whom the electrical aspect is a strong point.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Driving license category B – an advantage
• technical aptitude and practical skills;
• basic knowledge in the electrical field;
• ability to identify and solve technical problems;
• seriousness and responsibility;
• attention to detail;
• ability to work independently;
• availability for travel within Bucharest and its surroundings.

Do you have experience? It's an advantage.

Experience in electrical, electrotechnical, installations, or technical maintenance is appreciated.

Do you not have experience?

If you have technical inclination, are serious, and want to learn a trade, we can train you.
