Hire Supervisor Injection Plastic Masses

We are looking for an experienced developer, who will coordinate teams and processes in the injection area, with a focus on quality, performance, and respect for production standards.

📌 Responsibilities

• Coordinates Autonomous Production Zone and ensures delivery of products that meet quality and deadline requirements set by clients
• Ensures achievement of production objectives, respecting quality, safety, cost, time, and employee motivation standards
• Coordinates and participates in work groups for performance improvement (GRP, QRQC, 5S, Hoshin, TPM)
• Monitors adherence to production organization principles: 5S, Hoshin, SMED, TPM, FIFO, KANBAN
• Suggests and implements actions to improve quality, productivity, and optimize flows
• Ensures product quality through indicators, cause analysis, procedures, instructions, and corrective actions
• Ensures communication with production teams and organizes daily and monthly meetings
• Ensures that 5-minute meetings take place on each shift and line
• Organizes production teams according to activity needs
• Conducts performance evaluations of employees and proposes salary evolutions
• Suggests actions for team management: integration, training, evaluation, internal promotions
• Maintains adherence to labor legislation, safety norms, ergonomics, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years experience in injection plastic mass production and team coordination
• Availability for work in 3 shifts
• Knowledge of production organization principles: 5S, Hoshin, SMED, TPM, FIFO, KANBAN
• Knowledge of English language – conversational level
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Capacity for organization, coordination, and problem-solving
