You're passionate about clean code, complex projects, and technical freedom?

We're looking for a Python developer who wants to build real AI solutions, geospatial analysis, and automation – not just office applications.

You'll contribute to the development of software modules that integrate sensors, GPS data, AI algorithms, and interactive maps, used in projects like Smart City, industrial automation, and terrain analysis.

🔧 Technologies you'll work with:

- Python 3.10+, pandas, NumPy, shapely, scikit-learn, folium, OpenCV, TensorRT, YOLO, API REST, Linux, Git.

💡 We're looking for someone who:

▪ has 2–5 years of practical experience in Python (data & AI);

▪ understands spatial concepts (DBSCAN, BallTree, STRtree, proximity scores);

▪ writes clear, documented, scalable, and testable code;

▪ is curious, autonomous, result-oriented, and involved throughout the development cycle.

💰 What we offer – a performance-based reward system

Salary:

▪ 8 000 – 10 000 RON net (employee)

▪ 10 000 – 12 000 RON (contract SRL/PFA)

(covers continuous activity, maintenance, and integration between projects)

Bonuses for completed projects:

▪ between 5 000 and 10 000 € per project, depending on complexity and quality;

▪ large projects (e.g., complete AI modules, interactive GIS maps, automated video analysis systems) can exceed 10 000 €;

Bonus is awarded upon validation of the completed deliverable (functional, documented, and integrated).

Bonus for early delivery:

▪ up to 10% of the project value, granted for completion at least 20% faster than the scheduled term, without compromising quality.
