Hiring Network Branch Manager – Tire Service

Today, we are one of the largest importers and distributors of new tires and rims in Romania, with an extensive network of service centers and branches nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activity of multiple tire service branches/centers.
• Coordinate and support the managers of the work points.
• Set objectives and monitor the results of each branch.
• Monitor turnover, margin, costs, and profitability.
• Track KPIs and implement improvement measures.
• Optimize the utilization of personnel and resources.
• Ensure that company standards and procedures are respected.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activity during peak seasons and high volume periods.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and branch development.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, HR, and Finance departments.
• Report results to company management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in coordinating multiple locations / teams.
• Experience in operational and commercial management.
• Results and profitability orientation.
• Very good leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Availability for travel.
• Category B driver's license.

Experience in the tire, auto service, automotive, or auto parts sector is a significant advantage.
