Hiring MECHANICAL AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER

Neboisa SRL is a solid agricultural company from Timiș County, with over 20 years of experience and approximately 2,500 ha cultivated. We operate modern agricultural machinery and are looking for a Mechanical Agricultural Engineer who can perform repairs independently or wants to learn and develop professionally alongside us.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Executing independent repairs and maintenance work on agricultural machinery
• Diagnostics of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical defects
• Performing regular inspections
• Tech interventions in the farm and field during campaign periods
• Collaboration with tractor operators, agronomists, and external service providers
• Participation in putting new equipment into operation

👤 Candidate Profile

• Absolvent of a Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics faculty
• With or without experience – recent graduates without experience are encouraged to apply
• Determination to work practically and take responsibility for repairs
• Tech skills, seriousness, and willingness to learn
• Basics IT knowledge – an advantage
• Driving permit category B – an advantage
