Responsibilities:

SUPERVISING AND COORDINATING THE TEAM IN THE ALLOCATED ZONE
DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SALES STRATEGIES
MONITORING THE TEAM'S PERFORMANCE AND REPORTING RESULTS TO THE COMPANY'S LEADERSHIP
IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUSINESS GROWTH IN THE RESPECTIVE ZONE
ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMPANY'S STANDARDS AND LEGAL REGULATIONS

Requirements:

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION IS AN ADVANTAGE
EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS
ABILITY TO TAKE STRATEGIC DECISIONS AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS EFFICIENTLY
ORIENTATION TOWARDS RESULTS AND ABILITY TO MOTIVATE THE TEAM
FLEXIBILITY AND ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
