Hiring Production Director

Sushi Expert SRL, a company active in the food industry, undergoing development and expansion, is growing its team and is looking for an experienced Production Director with leadership and a clear orientation towards results.

We are looking for a professional to take over the coordination of production activities and actively contribute to the development, efficiency, and professionalization of operational processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Coordinates all production activity and the involved teams;

·         Organizes and plans production based on orders and production capacity;

·         Monitors the achievement of the production plan and adherence to deadlines;

·         Optimizes production flows and constantly identifies solutions to increase efficiency;

·         Monitors productivity, consumption, waste, and production costs;

·         Coordinates, motivates, and develops the production team;

·         Sets objectives and performance indicators for production teams;

·         Ensures that internal procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements are met;

·         Collaborates permanently with the Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Sales departments;

·         Identifies operational problems and implements quick and efficient solutions;

·         Participates in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies;

·         Prepares reports and analyses on production performance for company management;

·         Is directly involved in increasing the factory's operational capacity and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management position;

·         Experience in the food industry is a significant advantage;

·         Experience in coordinating large teams;

·         Experience in organizing and optimizing production processes;

·         Solid knowledge of operational management and cost control;

·         Excellent leadership and communication skills;

·         Capacity for analysis, organization, and quick decision-making;

·         Results and performance orientation;

·         Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high production volumes;

·         Proactive attitude, seriousness, and assumption of responsibility.

·         Advanced knowledge of Excel and English language.

·         Experience in quality management in the food industry.

·         Knowledge of IFS, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.

·         Experience in managing quality audits is an advantage.

·         Experience in both production and quality will be considered a significant advantage.
