Requirements Manager Automotive (m/w/d)

We are an innovative company that primarily focuses on research and development of high-voltage control units in the automotive industry. Since our founding in 2014, we have been advising clients from the Volkswagen Group's sphere in the field of automotive system project management and independently executing complex development projects. Together with over 25 employees, we shape the mobility of tomorrow.

Our core competencies lie in development support, from requirements management to series release, taking into account the respective product development process and resulting software and hardware project management. Furthermore, we offer individual product-related process consulting based on a holistic approach according to the V-Model.

Tasks

• Analysis of customer requirements, specifications, and load sheets
• Clearing up technical questions and following through until complete solution
• Evaluation and classification of requirements for internal departments
• Coordination and tracking of specifications by internal technical departments
• Consideration of internal requirements in the development of components
• Tight cooperation with internal/external specialist departments
• Participation in meetings with suppliers and external development partners
• Documented project progress
• Responsibility for load sheets and changes, including milestone achievement
• Maintenance of requirements and specifications, e.g., in Doors, AVW, or CodeBeamer

Qualification

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, electrical engineering, vehicle technology, automotive systems, or a comparable specialization
• Familiarity with VW tools (AVW, AVON, KVS, Connect) desirable
• Experience with Doors advantageous
• Knowledge of drive concepts for hybrid and electric vehicles, energy storage technologies, and charging interfaces and systems
• Team and communication skills, as well as a goal-oriented and self-reliant work style
• Fluent German language skills
