A private healthcare provider operating in the tertiary ambulatory surgical and perioperative care sector, delivering safe, evidence-based anesthesia and acute pain-management services across a variety of surgical specialties. We run modern operating theatres and perioperative units focused on patient safety, protocol-driven workflows, and continuous clinical improvement.
- Perform pre-operative assessment and risk stratification; formulate individualized anesthesia plans for elective and emergency surgeries.
- Administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care safely; manage airway, hemodynamics and intraoperative monitoring throughout the perioperative period.
- Perform ultrasound-guided regional blocks and manage multimodal postoperative analgesia and acute pain services.
- Lead resuscitation and emergency airway interventions as required; provide ICU-level support when needed (ventilator management, hemodynamic stabilization).
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure OT equipment readiness and compliance with infection-control and anesthesia safety protocols.
- Contribute to clinical governance: audit outcomes, incident reporting, protocol updates and mentor junior doctors/anesthesia technicians.
Must-Have
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DA in Anaesthesiology (or equivalent) and current medical registration in India.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical anesthesia experience in operating theatres and perioperative care.
- Proven skills in airway management, general and regional anesthesia; familiarity with ultrasound-guided regional techniques.
- Valid ACLS (and preferably ATLS/PALS) certification and experience in emergency resuscitation.
- Strong clinical documentation habits and experience working with OT protocols and EMR systems.
Preferred
- Experience in ICU, obstetric anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia or acute pain services.
- Fellowship or additional training in regional anesthesia, pain medicine or perioperative medicine; experience in teaching/mentoring.
