Anesthesia Technician Lead

Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Anesthesiology Main Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Evenings Pay: $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Leads team members of an assigned area or function by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provides guidance, training, and support to team members as needed. Develops and implements processes and procedures for the assigned area or function. Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members. Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to process improvements. Maintains accurate records and reports as required. Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and standards for the assigned area or function. Provides input on budgetary matters and assists in the preparation of financial reports. Develops and maintains positive relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders. Participates in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills. Performs other duties as assigned.
