Analytics Internship - Keppel Capital International

JOB DESCRIPTION Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Assist in real estate market research. 2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. 3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation. Learning Outcomes: * Develop skills in data analysis and interpretation. * Gain knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. * Enhance understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics. * Build relationships with experienced professionals in the industry. * Develop presentation and communication skills through preparation of internal approval memos and other documentation.
