The CFC is an independent Corporate Finance Boutique that is active in the areas of M&A and Debt Advisory, has successfully established itself in the market and continues to develop.

The CFC Corporate Finance Contor has its seat directly in the Hamburg city center in a very attractive and traffic-friendly location near the Hamburg City Hall, Alster, Elbe, and Hafen City.

We accompany clients from various industries comprehensively and extensively in the areas of M&A and Debt Advisory and have been responsible for a transaction volume of over EUR 13 billion since our founding in 2017. Our clients include companies from German Mittelstand as well as Family Offices and institutional investors.

To further expand our business model, we are looking for Analysts (m/w/d) for the areas of M&A and Debt Advisory.

Aufgaben

To your tasks include especially:

• Eigenständige Recherchetätigkeiten zu Unternehmen und Geschäftsstrategien unter Verwendung verschiedener Datenbanken
• Analyse, Unterstützung und Beurteilung von Investitionsvorhaben und Finanzierungen
• Abbildung von Geschäftsmodellen und Transaktionsstrukturen in finanzmathematischen Modellen (Financial Modelling und Unternehmensbewertungen)
• Validierung von Unternehmensplanungen und Financials
• Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Unternehmenspräsentationen und Investmentmemoranden
• Erstellung von finanziellen Branchen-, Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Vorbereitung und Koordination von Due Diligence Prüfungen
• Begleitung von Deals von Mandatsunterschrift bis Closing, mit direktem Kundenkontakt von Anfang an

Qualifikation

Your qualifications are:

• Completed studies in economics or another discipline with a focus on economics (Diplom, Bachelor, Master)
• First professional experience in the field of Bank/Corporate Finance/Investment Banking/M&A/Debt Advisory
• High willingness to engage for our clients and team
• Analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills as well as teamwork
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Safe handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and Power Point
