As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Intelerad's medical imaging software solutions. You will lead comprehensive testing initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver exceptional products that meet the highest standards in healthcare technology.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead complete testing initiatives across multiple product lines, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance tests for medical imaging software applications.
• Design and execute advanced test strategies and plans for complex software systems in the healthcare domain, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, HIPAA requirements, and other industry standards.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members by sharing knowledge, code reviews, and best practices, while fostering a culture of excellence in quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, product managers, and clinical specialists to identify quality requirements, resolve defects, and ensure an optimal user experience for healthcare professionals.
• Automate testing processes using standard industry tools and frameworks to improve efficiency, reduce manual testing efforts, and ensure consistent quality across multiple publication cycles.
