What will your days be like at LGI Solutions Health?

As a senior developer, you will work closely with development teams (internal and external) and product teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Med-Urge product, keeping clients at the forefront of your thoughts and using best practices possible in a complex context. You will ensure good integration between the different components of the architecture.

How will your contributions be highlighted?

Programming functional features (approximately 80% of the time)

• Aid in designing/programming high-risk elements.
• Detect and resolve complex technical problems.
• Understand and play a major role in the design and delivery cycle, from ideation to project conception, through UX, code, testing, deployment, security, and component integration.
• E nsure that the solution will be easy to support by encouraging good design and refactoring of code to minimize technical debt and facilitate deployment.
• Collaborate with architecture to ensure the long-term technical sustainability of the product.
• Produce clear and effective technical documentation.

SUPPORT N3 (approximately 10% of the time)

• Investigate reported client problems.
• Train support teams N1 and N2 on new technical features in each version.

Planning, content preparation (approximately 10% of the time)

• Support the technical manager in planning new versions.
• Perform complex technical analyses to always aim for the best solution for clients.
• Analyze and validate product manager requirements to determine project feasibility.
• Evaluate and provide high-level estimates.
