D365 Functional Analyst - Specialization Mergers & Acquisitions (F&A)

In a context of strong growth and acquisitions of new companies, CIMA+'s IT Business Solutions department is in full expansion. You will join a dynamic team playing a central role in the digital transformation of the organization.

Reporting to the ERP & BI Manager, you will occupy the role of D365 F&O Functional Analyst, key to all activities related to the platform, and more particularly in acquisition projects for new entities. You will intervene at all stages of integration: fit/gap analysis, data governance and mapping, migration, F&O configuration, change management, testing, and post-implementation support.

You will work on both project portfolios and ongoing support and evolution of the ERP platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O, primarily in Finance, Project Management, and Procurement domains
• Participate in analyzing source systems of acquired entities and documenting data mappings to F&O
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (integration, development) to guide data transformation to target formats for F&O
• Based on understanding CIMA+ business processes, perform detailed fit/gap analyses during integration of new companies: compare current and future processes, evaluate gaps, and recommend solutions
• Ensure consistency of processes, configurations, and data between integrated entities
• Be the TI point of contact for business experts associated with F&O in acquisition projects
• Cosponsor end-to-end integration projects, including workshops, documentation, communication, and change management coordination
• Participate in developing test scenarios with quality assurance analysts and actively contribute to functional testing
• Participate in defining acquisition strategies, creating roadmaps, and proposing continuous improvements, including process documentation
• Contribute to supporting ongoing operations, in addition to acquisition projects
