Business Analyst
Job description
TEHORA is currently seeking a business analyst having excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge, and who wishes to leverage their expertise within a polyvalent team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the selected person will have to provide.
Description of works or deliverables :
1. Analyze and understand the business need in health and social services to ensure the technological project is aligned with the needs of clinical departments and the population;
2. Ensure harmonization, coherence, and synthesis in the process of writing opportunity files and business files regarding the identification of needs, development of optimal solutions, financial impact, and conditions for realization;
3. Mobilize key resources such as business directions, asset information managers, their teams, technology experts, acquisition experts (licensing, tenders, etc.), and any other relevant resource (affairs, finance direction, and others) to have the best overall view in line with orientations;
4. Counsel and accompany business and technological directions for the entire project planning process and demand prioritization for provincial and ministerial projects;
5. Organize workshops aiming at identifying, precision, and clarification of real user concerns and needs;
6. Propose adjustments to existing work processes aimed at simplifying and consolidating them;
7. Write (model) business processes, define and document user requirements and target solution, and propose implementation priorities;
8. Ensure an integrated vision of processes and clinical information involving information systems, in line with orientations, needs, and business objectives, particularly in the role of business analyst;
9. Develop test proposals, support personnel assigned to executing tests, and conduct tests if required;
10. Transfer relevant information to operational managers, COs, and CDOs to ensure the success of the realization phase and adequate support for various partners;
11. Ensure compliance and quality of deliverables in planning phase.
Requirements
- Degree in first cycle (bachelor's degree) in computer science (applied computer science, computer science management, software engineering), or business administration (information systems management, information and system organization, organizational systems technology, technology information management, business technologies), or any other relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in project management using agile method.
- At least one business file with a provincial or federal government organization.

SALARY
The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
WORKPLACE
The workplace will be determined according to the mandate, it may be in telwork or at the client's office.
