Job description

TEHORA is currently looking for a business analyst, information technology having excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wants to leverage their expertise within a polyvalent team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the selected person will have to provide.

Description of work or deliverables :

  • Analyze and evaluate needs, diagnose problems or situations from different business domains of clients and establish documented recommendations;
  • Write and evaluate requirements for their realization within the scope of the IT project portfolio;
  • Conduct impact or feasibility studies on upcoming projects or requests for change;
  • Write functional analysis documents and business analyses;
  • Document business processes to automate (existing processes, target processes);
  • Coordinate projects under their responsibility using the organization's project management templates (project charter, status reports, plan);
  • Train internal clients on new features and systems;
  • Respond to development or correction requests of medium complexity for clients;
  • Guide development teams in their analyses, be the functional reference person within the project team;
  • Perform system parameterization under their responsibility;
  • Guide solution testing in collaboration with internal clients, direct migration and post-implementation phases in collaboration with project teams;
  • Accompany change management for business directors;
  • Improve and optimize application processes and documentation for internal clients;
  • Perform other connected tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Hold a BAC in computer science, administration (information technology option) or any other relevant university program and five (5) years of relevant experience for the position;;

Our

  • Hold a DEC diploma (pre-university program) and a thirty (30) credit certificate in business administration or any other relevant university program and seven (7) years of relevant experience for the position.

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES :

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written French
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of ERP, CRM software
  • Knowledge of the following software: Ungerboeck, Ms Sharepoint, MS-SQL, an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
  • Knowledge of Visio (a plus)
  • Knowledge of a project management methodology (PMBOK, an asset)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a plus)

SALARY

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.

WORKPLACE

The workplace will be determined according to the mandate, it may be telecommuting or at the client's office.
