Job description

Introduction & Summary We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst who will play an essential role in the execution and implementation of the IAM project within the Cyber Resilience program. This position requires strong skills in business analysis, data analysis, as well as in-depth knowledge of IAM concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Main Responsibilities Participate in the design of IGA workflows, including: access request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning, and recertification. Support the implementation of the IGA tool by participating in daily activities and resolving blocking points. Collaborate with internal and external IT teams, as well as business teams to test and validate IAM processes. Document processes, rules, and specifications. Create and update training materials for end-users and approvers. Facilitate workshops to gather user feedback and promote the adoption of IAM solutions. Define role-based access control (RBAC) models in collaboration with stakeholders. Key Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Business Analysis, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IGA projects. Skills in requirements gathering and analysis, process modeling, writing user stories and use cases. Knowledge of IAM concepts such as JML, RBAC, SoD, and recertification. Experience in data analysis (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau). Proficiency with IGA solutions and experience with at least one IGA solution. Desirable Assets Stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions. A rigorous attention to detail for process documentation and validation. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. Additional Details This position is designed to strengthen our IAM team and contributes to a Cyber Resilience program. This may involve frequent interactions with various teams and stakeholders, serving a key role in digital transformation.
