In our Actuarial Technical Insurance team, you will shape one of the central processes of private health insurance: premium adjustment. You will combine mathematical precision with a high standard of quality and actively contribute to the further development of our processes. This awaits you as an Actuarial Analyst Health Insurance (m/f/d)

  • Process Management: Technical and functional responsibility for all processes related to premium adjustments
  • Solution Development: Conception of innovative, scalable, and customer-oriented solutions with an emphasis on simplicity and efficiency
  • Process Optimization: Development of new approaches and active participation in the further development of existing processes
  • Interface Management: Close collaboration within the actuarial department and with teams from IT, Operations, and Staff Functions
  • Communication: Answering inquiries about premium adjustments - from customers to internal stakeholders
  • Case Processing: Precise and compliant processing of individual cases in the policy administration system
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of new and existing processes as well as quality checks on individual cases

Profile

What you bring as an Actuarial Analyst Health Insurance (m/f/d)

  • Studies: Completed Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable degree program with a very good academic record
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge in health insurance and experience with a policy administration system
  • Regulatory Understanding: Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, EU GDPR, EU AI Act) or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with regulatory frameworks
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical-methodical and structured thinking ability, as well as an organized, innovative, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Quality and Customer Focus: A precise and timely approach to work with a high standard of quality and consideration for the impact on our customers
  • IT Skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAS, R, SQL, or Python, as well as experience with version control (GitHub) - combined with a high technical affinity
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills (negotiable)
  • Interest in expanding your knowledge in the application of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
