Analyst SP&PO - Special Project & Process Optimization

Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of large data sets, using statistical techniques and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and correlations that may influence business performance.

Modeling and Optimization: Develop, implement, and validate predictive and prescriptive analytical models to solve complex operational problems, optimize existing processes, and predict future results.

Ongoing Improvement: Lead and actively participate in ongoing improvement projects, applying methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other efficiency techniques to optimize workflows and reduce waste.

Reports and Dashboards: Prepare and present clear, concise, and visually impactful management reports, as well as develop interactive dashboards that translate complex insights into accessible information for strategic decision-making.

Collaboration with IT: Work closely with the IT teams to improve data collection, ensure data integrity, optimize data architecture, and integrate new data sources into existing systems.

Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor internal teams on effective data use, promoting a data-driven culture and facilitating understanding of process changes and analytical insights in daily operations.

Process Review and Implementation: Conduct regular reviews of SP&PO processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose and implement updates and continuous improvements to ensure maximum area performance.
