About the Role:
Join our dynamic investment banking team as an Analyst, supporting deal execution, financial research, and client deliverables. The ideal candidate is a recent MBA/B.Com graduate with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, eager to build a career in investment banking. Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior bankers in financial modeling, company valuation (DCF, comparable analysis), and pitchbook preparation.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research; analyze financial statements and market trends.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, investment memos, and due diligence reports.
- Track and analyze deal flow, transaction databases, and market activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A, fundraising, and IPO transactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project management trackers.
- Stay updated on capital markets, regulatory changes, and sector news.
- MBA (Finance) or B.Com with strong academic record (2022–24 batch preferred).
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior internships/projects in finance, banking, or research (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certifications (NISM/NCFM/CFM) are a plus.
- Passion for financial markets and investment banking.
