Job Summary: We are seeking an Analyst to join our India Remittance team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth. You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies. • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics). • 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g. financial analysis, data analysis). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics). • 5+ years of experience in a related field (e.g. financial analysis, data analysis). • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools. • Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
