Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for operative and strategic initiatives in the area of Offline Growth and will consistently develop them end-to-end.

• You will work proactively, hands-on, solution-oriented, and very closely with the management team, and will support your mentor in strategic decisions.

• You will identify new projects in the area of Offline Growth, devise independent strategies, and implement them with a customer-centric and entrepreneurial approach.

• You will communicate confidently internally and externally with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear coordination, quick decisions, and clean implementation.

• You will take on ad-hoc projects in various areas and support the Growth Team in all its fields of responsibility.

• You will be an integral part of our Growth Team and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, and Brand on Enpal's future growth.

Your Profile

• You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company, such as a startup, or in management consulting.

• You are characterized by an analytical, proactive, and strongly solution-oriented way of working.

• You possess natural strength in communication with internal and external stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills and a natural "closer" spirit.

• You have a strong interest in building companies and a pronounced desire to learn new things.

• You have a goal-oriented work style, a high degree of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.

• You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and can apply a 100% approach when working on important tasks.

• You think big, love speed, try unconventional approaches – and are ready to take on real responsibility for a highly strategic growth area.
