Job description

AGAP2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group belonging to the MoOngy Group.



Position: Analog IC Designer - AMS Verification & Modeling Engineer (SystemVerilog RNM)


With the aim of strengthening the team, we are looking for 1 engineer specialized in the modeling and verification of analog and mixed-signal (AMS) circuits. The individual will be responsible for the development of behavioral models in SystemVerilog Real Number Modeling (RNM) and the functional verification of complex IPs, contributing to the quality and reliability of products before the production phase.


Main Responsibilities

  • Development of analog behavioral models (SV RNM) for integrated circuits (IC)
  • Implementation and maintenance of verification environments (testbenches) based on SystemVerilog UVM
  • Definition and development of verification plans (Verification Plan and Attribute List)
  • RTL and Gate-Level (GLS) functional verification
  • Validation of analog models against specifications and electrical schematics
  • Execution of AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) simulations in mixed-mode environments
  • Waveform analysis and functional issue debugging
  • Implementation of assertions (SVA) for automatic verification
  • Collaboration with analog and digital design teams
  • Production of technical documentation and validation reports


Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in digital and/or mixed-signal system verification
  • Knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM methodology
  • Experience with Real Number Modeling (RNM)
  • Familiarity with AMS simulations
  • Knowledge of EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys VCS/XA, Cadence Xcelium/Spectre)
  • Ability to analyze analog signals (voltages, currents, transients)
  • Understanding of analog circuits (e.g., DC-DC converters, ADCs/DACs)


The gross annual salary for this role ranges from EUR 55,000 to EUR 65,000.

The position is classified under the CCNL of Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company.

The placement within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be evaluated upon internal approval.
