System Analyst

Due to continuous development and a large number of recruitment projects that we conduct for our Partners, we are looking for a person for the position of: System Analyst Scope of duties: Coordinating all or part of IT project work, including estimating analytical and programming work and participating in system and business tests of IT solutions Identifying system problems in IT applications and solutions and developing solutions in the area of business and technical processes Cooperating with development teams (programmers) and representatives of business units to ensure high quality of delivered IT system solutions Creating and maintaining technical documentation for applications Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in software development projects (banking or insurance industry) Higher education in a relevant field (computer science, mathematics, or other technical) Knowledge of BPMN and UML notation Broad knowledge of IT solutions and methodologies, standards, and tools related to software development Experience in system analysis and knowledge of technologies (data structures, integration technologies) Experience working with agile methodology Highly developed communication skills, openness to change and colleagues Nice to have: Knowledge of Enterprise Architect We offer: Constant consultant support Employee referral program
