System Analyst (Banking) M/F @ ASTEK Polska

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst and practical knowledge of the specifics of the banking industry – experience in projects related to Omnichannel Platform, accounts and deposits, and electronic banking for companies is welcome


• You have experience in analyzing, modeling, and documenting business requirements, and creating functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions


• You know process and system modeling methods and tools, especially UML, BPMN, use cases, and sequence diagrams


• You can analyze and design IT solutions, understand system architecture, and integration technologies


• You have experience collaborating with business teams, architects, developers, and testers, and working with JIRA and Confluence tools


• You have higher education (preferably technical)

• Knowledge of tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect

• Experience in using AI tools supporting the analysis and design of IT solutions
