Position We are looking for a Systems Analyst with experience in the banking sector to join a team implementing strategic IT projects supporting the development of modern banking services. We are looking for someone with practical experience in analyzing and designing solutions for financial institutions, particularly in areas related to the digitalization of banking services and systems supporting retail and business customers. Additional information Industry: Banking Location: Warsaw (hybrid model – 5 days work from the office per month) Offered remuneration Remuneration: from PLN 900 to PLN 1190 net/day, depending on experience and competencies. You will be a good fit for this role if: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst and practical knowledge of the banking industry specifics – experience in projects related to the Omnichannel Platform, accounts and deposits, and e-banking for companies is welcome. You have experience in analyzing, modeling, and documenting business requirements, and creating functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions. You are familiar with process and system modeling methods and tools, particularly UML, BPMN, use cases, and sequence diagrams. You can analyze and design IT solutions, understand system architecture and integration technologies. You have experience collaborating with business teams, architects, developers, and testers, and working with JIRA and Confluence tools. You have a higher education degree (technical preferred). Tasks that await you: Conducting project feasibility analyses Acquiring, coordinating, and analyzing business requirements Developing solution recommendations from both a business and technological perspective Creating functional and non-functional requirements specifications for IT solutions and ensuring their quality and consistency Designing and modeling business processes Designing use cases and sequence diagrams Preparing technical specifications for IT solutions Collaborating with developers and testers during the project implementation phase Supervising the compliance of implemented solutions with prepared analytical documentation Collaborating with business teams, architects, and other project stakeholders.
